Founder Highlight
Hi! I’m Krizia,
Founder and instructor behind Words In Color. As a passionate experienced artist, educator, and program developer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping students unlock their creativity through meaningful art experiences. With a Masters degree in fine arts from Miami International University of Art & Design, with more than 20+ years of experience working with young & aspiring artists, children, families, educators, businesses, and community organizations through art, creativity and experiential learning. I love blending imagination with skill-building in every class, project, and event.
I work with partners like Florida Blue Wellness Program and many private and corporate businesses. I have been an educator for the traditional school system from K-12 grade for 6 years, offered online art classes through outschool, and decided to homeschool my children for the past 8 years and going till graduation.
As a homeschooling mom, I know the importance of preparing our next generation for a meaningful and ever changing world. My goal in our Creative Founder's Institute Micro-School program is to prepare them for a successful future, with grounded morals and principals in a safe community.
My goal is to create a space where kids & adults feel inspired, confident, and free to express themselves through art, learning and therapeutic development.
